    Dear List Serve Members,

At Truman State University, we are in the process of going from an in-house
billing system to using SCT Banner's billing system. At first, we were
planning to use their installment plan, but have not found it flexible
enough for our needs. We are now considering a more open payment plan
without defined installment amounts due, but charging interest on the
unpaid balance. I'd be happy to hear from anyone who uses something along
    these lines.

We are wondering whether we can legally charge interest without a signed
    agreement on file?

If you have a payment agreement form that you use, I'd really appreciate if
you could share a copy with me. If it's on your web-site, just let me know
where to look, you could FAX it to me at (660) 785-7420, or attaching it to
    an E-mail would be great...I'm at jmcvay@truman.edu.

Any suggestions, comments, etc are very welcome!

    Thanks,

    Joyce McVay
