Electronic Delivery of Student Statements

    Calvin College in Grand Rapids Michigan is interested in delivering student
    statements in electronic fashion. We would like to implement a dual delivery
    of electronic and paper statements beginning this fall with the intent to move
    toward electronic only by Jan 2004.
     
    We would deliver statements via e-mail with a pdf attachment of the bill.
    Students would be able to provide us with a parent or third party e-mail for
    courtesy copies of the statement as well.
     
    We currently have a viewing copy of the student bill on our website, but it is
    available to students only.
     
    I was curious to know what other schools are doing and if this has been
    successful. Are there any challeges we may face in undertaking this project?
