Here are some questions regarding the FTC safeguard rule relative to paper record
storage that I would really appreciate your feedback on. Some of our staff do not
seem to take this ruling very seriously. It seems to make sense to me whether or not
it's a ruling. Please feel free to add anything more-Thank you!

Do your offices containing sensitive information lock all filing cabinets at night or just
    the office doors/windows?

If only the office doors/windows are locked, is access to the office limited in terms of
    doors and first floor windows?

Do you have security alarms on any of your doors and windows?

After hours, do you lock away individual student files that are on employee desks?

Do you consider security and maintenance staff to be "authorized" personnel?

Attached is information regarding compliance that specifically addresses storing
records in a secure area that only authorized employees have access to.
