Perkins Assignment

    Good morning,
     
    I need some help regarding a Perkins loan that was assigned to the
    Department of Education over 10 years ago. The borrower wants to make good
    on his loan but I'm confused as to how about doing this. I can't seem to
    find any guidance from the regs but I may not be looking in the right place.
    Can anyone help?
