NACUBO has been actively soliciting sample plans for complying with the FTC Safeguards Rule, but so far, just like bursar-l, we are finding many more people who are looking for something than people with something to share. We are checking with some of our corporate partners too. We feel your pain, and hope to provide something to help soon.

If anyone has a policy to share, please send it to Mary Bachinger at mary.bachinger@nacubo.org and we will be happy to post samples to our web site to make it easy for everyone to access. If you prefer anonymity, we can remove references to your institution. Anne
