I have a borrower requesting cancellation for service as the following:

1) She was the only social worker at a rural hospital. She worked in
Pediatrics, Acute Care, Ob-Gyn, and Geriatrics. She was at this
position over a year.

2) She is now working for a non-profit agency which is run by the state
Dept of Mental Health. She does family counseling and works as an adult
therapist.

Can anyone offer information I should look for in determining
eligibility for cancellation?
