Refund Tuition & Fees Summer Workshops

    We are looking to change our current policy for refunding tuition & fees
    when students withdraw from Summer term workshops. Summer term
    workshops compress a course into eight weeks or less (as little as one
    week in some cases). Our current pro-rata policy is a tedious manual
    process to calculate. I am looking for ideas. Please tell me how you
    refund tuition and fees for short-term courses.
