North Central University is upgrading Accounts Receivable software.
This gives us the opportunity to redesign both our monthly billing
statement and our student invoice which outlines the educational
charges for a future semester. Would you consider sharing a sample of
your college's billing statement and invoice with me? I am looking at
layout, design, specific information that might be considered `non
traditional' that is included on the form, etc. If you have any
comments about your billing statement or invoice format (what really
works or what could be improved, in your view), I'd love to hear that
feedback as well. I am hoping that I can pick up wonderful hints and
clues and ideas from you all that will aid in designing a new and
improved billing statement and invoice for North Central.
