    Are you referencing SMARTPAY? If so, The University of Memphis does not use
    it. We did, however, purchase and implement CASHNet's WEB and IVR module. We
    do not charge our students the convenience fee.

    We use SCT's Plus product for all of the University's major systems (i.e.,
    SIS, FRS, HRS). We use batch downloads between those systems and CASHNet. We
    also have an online lookup that scrapes a screen of SIS data that was
    developed in-house.
