Dear Colleagues:
The Ohio Bursars Association is pleased to announce our 13th
Annual Spring Conference which will be held on April 14-16,
2003 on the campus of Wright State University in Dayton,
Ohio. As Dayton and the World celebrate the 100th
anniversary of powered flight, our conference this year
appropriately focuses on the themes of leadership and
innovation.
This year's conference promises to be action packed with
multiple tracks appealing to a broad audience. We are
fortunate to have two keynote speakers including Patti
Holmes, a professional speaker and organizational
consultant, who will provide the
opening address on "The Spirit of Leadership". Also, The
Honorable Sally Stroup, Assistant Secretary for
Postsecondary Education will deliver the closing keynote
address outlining "The Bush Administration Agenda For Higher
Education".
In particular, I wanted to issue a special invitation to our
colleagues in the midwest to come and join us. Our cost is
a very reasonable $150.00 for non-members to attend. Since
space is limited, I would encourage anyone who is interested
to submit their reservations as soon as possible. Further
