    I have a question of interpretation. In the " For Adjustments Made for a Prior Year" box, is this any prior year or for only the previous prior year??? I think it is for any prior year but could that be for 10 years?

    Sometimes we have adjustments to accounts that have been written off for 5 years and I am trying to determine if in 2005, I have to report an adjustment made for 2002 for example.

    Also, the "Adjustments to Scholarships or Grants for a Prior Year" box requires reductions to scholarships/ grants. Since it states reduction, we would put in a positive (not negative) amount for just the previous year or any prior year?
