    If your school is doing electronic billing, would you please share with
    me the process you used to collect the appropriate e-mail address for
    billing?

    Also, if you are willing to share any examples of the format in which
    you present the bill, I'd be interested in receiving them. I am also
    interested in how you are presenting any bill related information that
    accompanied your paper bills in the past.
