    Yes. I do it for loans I service (Perkins, HPSL, Nursing...). With only
    2,500 accounts and a less than 1% default rate makes it easy to manage.
    It is very effective. I find that if I shake the tree a bit I can
    normally work out a payment arrangement to keep the payments flowing.
    However if we get no results, then it's, "Off with their head!" so to
    speak.
