I am new to this list and also new to being a Bursar (5
months.) I am learning from reading posts to this list
especially this current topic about Financial Aid refunds at
the beginning of the semester.
I am putting together a Policies and Procedures Manual for
the Office of Student Accounts here and would like input
from the list. Does any one have a Policies and Procedure
Manual that they can share with me? Are there items that
you have fought for or made sure were policies to cover
problems you ran into? I could be opening a can of worms
here but could use the wisdom from the years of experience
you all have had.
