Hello,

Davenport University does NOT provide refunds of excess aid prior to the beginning of the term/semester for the reason described.

Federal and State grants are applied to students accounts immediately upon finalization of payment. If this results in excess funds, students are given a credit at the bookstore for books and supplies. Federal and State aid to back up the awards are never ordered/drawn before the the third week of the term/semester.

Student loan funds are requested from the lenders after the third week of the term also.
That gets us through the drop/add period, plus a couple of weeks.
