    Good morning everyone, & happy spring semester! Ithaca College is
    entering into the planning stage of a new student information system,
    and we are interested in learning about your best business practices. If
    you have time, would you send me a quick e-mail to describe what works
    for you....what kinds of state of the art technology are you using? Why
    do you think it is state of the art? What kinds of flexibility do you
    have with your system, and what makes it unique? How does it interact
    with other offices?

    I realize that this request is very broad, but we are leaving it open
    ended on purpose! Please let us know what you consider to be your best
    cutting edge practices!
