    Good Afternoon,
    I am the new Bursar at UNC Chapel Hill. I have two questions:

    1- Who among the group, as Bursars, are also responsible for your
    school's Loan Collections Operations?

    2- Of those, who signs off on the assignment form (#553) as the
    University Official "authorized to transfer assets"?
