    The Federal Perkins Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN) has been posted to
    EDICS for public comment. The first comment period began on December 30,
    2002 and ends on February 28, 2003. There will be a second, 30-day comment
    period before the MPN is submitted to the Office of Management and Budget
    for final approval.

    Pat, please advise the people on the list serve that the Perkins MPN is
    available for public comment.
