    associated with high debt levels. In addition, a university produced
    video (Avoiding the Credit Card Monster) targeted to high school and

    This session will discuss the basics of electronic bill presentment and
    payment (EBPP) and bill fulfillment. Special emphasis will be placed on
    proposing and selling EBPP to upper management. Some marketing ideas to
    increase the participation of students and parents will be offered. The
    benefits of outsourcing the invoice process will also be covered.

    Refunds. Eliminate the hassle and expense of distributing and tracking
    Title IV financial aid refund checks and provide your students with a

    Web Payment Solutions at Ohio University
    On one end of the spectrum, many universities are eliminating the use of
    credit cards as a payment option to avoid paying the costly credit card
    fees. On the other end, other universities have elected to outsource
    their payment processing so that the student can absorb the credit card
    fee. This session will address the initial decision of Ohio University,
    to take one path, and the lessons learned that led them 180 degrees in
    the other direction. In addition, various departments on campus had
    expressed an interest in finding web payment solutions, complicating but
