Titles question

    I've seen these discussions in the past but never paid attention until
    now when it affects me. But, what are some title being used for a staff
    member who is involved in payment plans, private lending management,
    collections, and such. I do not do any of the billing, and I work for
    the Bursar. We're looking for a title that conveys the fact that I
    spend much of my time helping families and students plan for how they
    are going to pay, telling them how much will come out of their pockets,
    and on the other end, holding them from re-registration and pursuing
    balances through collections, if need be.
