We are on SCT Banner and have created our on web student invoice
statement. We have been using this since Fall Term 2002 and no longer mail
any invoices to students. They all go to the web. Further we accept
credit card payments over the web and link is directly on our
invoice....soon we will be offering webcheck.
So far it has been great! We have received payments earlier and they are
more accurate. On a positive note as well....the number of web credit card
payments have increased amount to about 40% of our students who make cash
payments....on the negative side have the credit card rates we have to
pay....:-( We hope web check will give another option and decrease this cost.
