Hello there,
The University that I work for consolidated 3 separate institutions as of July 1, 2002. As of Dec.31, 2002 we have one Federal ID number, but have three separate Federal Financial Aid ID (and will continue to have 3 separate Financial Aid ID's until 2004/2005.)
The question is:
Do we send our tapeback up/reporting to the IRS as being 1 institution or as 3 separate institutions (just like we did last year)??
