    Hi Doug (and all),

We have two payment plans - an annual 10-payment plan and a semester
    3-payment plan.

We have always outsourced the 10-payment plan, but managed the 3-payment
plan 'in house' until this year.

We prefer to have both plans outsourced. With more than 4,000 students
participating, managing them in house would be a nightmare. Two employees
used to spend up to six weeks each semester dealing with the 2000+
participants in the in-house plan. Now that we have freed them from this
responsibility, we are better able to provide service to all students.

While SCT's Banner has an installment payment plan feature, it has
    limitations.
