We offer both an internal plan and an external through TMS. Over the
last few years the # on the internal have dropped.
We offer both as a choice to students.

We are on Datatel but don't use their programs for our internal plan as
they are cumbersome at best and don't meet our needs. If there is a
difficult way to do things, Datatel will find it. We use a custom
program I received from another Datatel school and we modified to meet
our needs.
It takes about a minute to set up a plan using the custom software.
For TMS, these people are given a code designating them as such and we
track and bill them this way.
The TMS payments are posted through a batch import process.
