    In Pennsylvania we can escheat the amount to the state treasury and they
    keep the funds and a webpage list for people to check for their name.

    If you handle Perkins Collections. We have a student who paid off their
    Perkins Loan. They over paid and we are now trying to repay the student.
    Our attempts to mail the refund to her have failed, she has left no
    forwarding address. What are we to do with the funds ?
