I would like to report numbers on the 1098T form this year and I have the
    following questions:

    1. Do we have to choose box 1 or box 2 or can we report both?

    2. If we choose to report Tui and Expenses billed in box 2, where do we
    report:
payments we received from in house waivers, third party corp payments, MET
payments etc? These are payments that we normally do not call
    "scholarships and grants"

    3. It seems to me that if we choose to report amts billed only, the
student could have a delinquent balance and still receive the tax credit.
    Thank you.
