Checking to see if there are any schools out there who charge rent to students for off-campus apartments that is separate from "room or housing" that is tied into tuition. If you do charge rent to students, how do you account for it? Is it lumped in with tuition and fees or do you have a separate account to keep track of those charges? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
