Greetings.

We are moving to web payments and I am wondering what to expect in
volume of transactions. For those of you who have begun accepting web
payments, what % of your total payment transactions are now done online?

We are also planning the direct deposit of refunds to student bank
accounts. What kind of participation rates should I expect?

Any and all responses are appreciated, including any learning
experiences you would like to share.
