When Vanderbilt rolled out the ACH plan, we did a mailing to all
borrowers in repayment (excluding those at collection agencies)
that included information about the scheme and an enrollment form.
The same information was published on our departmental website. In
addition, we include the application in the loan exit material
mailed to borrowers.
