I'm forwarding some rough numbers from a vendor for those of you who
have no clue (like me) as to how much you can spend on Scanning. These
prices are for ImageNow, which may offer more up front compared to other
products. But, I'm just getting my toes in the water.

I'm throwing out some numbers here to give you an idea
of what to expect.
Here are the price breaks for licensing:
Standard licensing concurrent licensing
5 user/$8,000 5 user/$12,000
10 user/$14,000 10 user/$21,000
15 user/$19,500 15 user/$29,250
20 user/$26,000 20 user/$39,000
25 user/$30,000 25 user/$45,000
Scan license required for each scanner:
Standard/$595
Standard w/barcode recognition/$1750
Typical Scanner cost is from $5000 to $7500. 40 to 65
pages/minute.
Setup, integration, training, etc. is typically
between $5000 and $15,000 dependent on the size of the
implementation and the amount of
development/integration required.
