These are the responses I received.
At SIUE, the Bursar's Office is just going online with imaging this
month.
We're going to use it to image our check deposit before it goes to the
bank,
our collection letters/phone notations/etc, and our agency billing
records.
The Financial Aid, Admissions and Transcripts Offices are already
online. I
hope this helps!

The University of Minnesota has had a number of areas purchase systems.
However, financial aids and student loan collections purchased and uses
ImageNow (we purchased from Perceptive Vision of Kansas). I believe it
has recently been decided that ImageNow will become the system of choice
for the U. I do know that student account receivables and the
registrar's offices are all going to be added to it. Plus it is moving
out of our department to the central computing center, now that it has
been selected to be used University wide. I also know that our
department has done demonstrations from a number of the state colleges,
who are moving to it as well.

We use the imaging system in the Business Office, Accounting Services,
Financial Aid, Registrar's Office and Admissions. We use the ImageNow
System purchased through Perceptive visions out of Shawnee Mission,
Kansas.

we use Application Extender/COLD Extender by OTG in the Business Office
now and will be
expanding its use into fin aid, registrar, admissions and HR. The
software has worked very
well for us. We have eliminated much printing and are able to access
most business office
documents via computer now rather than looking in a file cabinet.
We work with Business Imaging Systems in Oklahoma City. They have
systems in place in various
states and have an impressive client list.
Feel free to call me if you have any other questions.
