BILLING ADJUSTMENT FORM

    I am interested in hearing from other schools as to how they receive billing adjustment information from parents/students after they send out billing statements. Do you include an adjustment form with the semester bill that the billing party sends back to the school? If so, could you fax me a copy of the form you use? Thank you for any feedback you can provide!
