    Todd,

    If you are using rules set up on TSASBRL (Schedule Bill Rules Form) and

    TTVSBRC (Schedule/Bill Rules Code Validation Form), you must have the
    print schedule option checked in the print options on TSASBRL. In
    addition to running TSRCBIL in batch mode using population selections or
    collector tables, you can set this job to run as a sleep/wake process.
    You can then print schedule bills (after selecting parameters) from
    SFAREGS in registration, or from TSASPAY and TSAAREV in your
    AR/Cashiering area.
    We use that for in-person activity.

    I believe that you are talking about the schedule bill and it is run
    from
    the job TSRCBIL. One of the parameters of the job is whether to print
    schedules on the bill.

    Good Morning Everyone,

    My question is focused at those of you who use the SCT Banner product.

    UOP has recently lost our Registrar and we, in the Bursar's Office,
    recall
    that the students received a piece of paper at the time they registered
    for
    courses that showed their class schedules and the amount charged for
    those
    classes on the same sheet. In speaking with the acting Interim
    Registrar,
    they claim to know nothing about this. We have relied on these
    "invoices"
    in the past to serve as billing for our summer courses due to their
    duration being so short. We are now finding ourselves painted with a
    target for many frustrated parents.

    Can anyone out there tell me which form to go to in order to turn on
    the
    option to invoice the students as the schedule prints? We use Banner
    version 4.082 in case that helps.
