    I'm interested in obtaining information as to how other schools handle Pell awards.

    1) Do you receive advanced payment or just in time?

    2) Do you hold these students or enter the award into you system and expended against it? When does it hit your receivables?

    3) Are students allowed to charge against their Pell awards in your Bookstore?
