    Loretta,

    Student's who have not paid their tuition and fees in full by the first day
    of class are billed under our installment payment plan, which has a $20.00
    per semester fee and they're billed in four installments equal to 25% of
    tuition and fees. We require that 25% of tuition & fees be paid by the
    10th day of class or registration will be cancelled. A service charge of
    1.5% is assessed on past due balances.
