Hi Jerry et al, at Wentworth we have been using Touchnet's Web for
Payment product for 13 months with great success. We have collected
almost $100,000 with very little effort. We are about to upgrade to
Touchnet's 4.0 product. The hardest part of setting it up was getting
the right info from the Credit card vendors, the software/hardware
issues were the easy part and Touchnet's customer support group was

We are a mid-size University permitting term bill payment by credit
card.
Usage has reached a point where the credit card charges have become a
drain
on our resources. Anyone out there have a solution on reducing
these
charges? Maybe you utilize an outside company to process these
charges, or,
have found other means of reducing the expense.
Also, does anyone use the services of "TOUCHNET" for credit card, ACH
and
web payments? If so, we'd appreciate your comments on their
service.
