implemented new software due to a change in leadership but are beginning the
evaluation process anew.

class=503204319-24042002> </SPAN>using POISE (Campus America) software but are
currently evaluating our<SPAN class=503204319-24042002> </SPAN>software needs
and limitations. We have narrowed our choices for evaluation<SPAN
class=503204319-24042002> </SPAN>down to <SPAN class=503204319-24042002>4
</SPAN>vendors: CMDS<SPAN class=503204319-24042002>
(TeamsElite)</SPAN><SPAN class=503204319-24042002>, Comspec (Empower), Great
Plains and SCT (PowerCampus)</SPAN>.<SPAN class=503204319-24042002> FYI,
we use PowerFaids for the Financial Aid piece and have an interface written to
convert the data to POISE.</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=2>We are extremely interested in what other institutions are using
for<SPAN class=503204319-24042002> </SPAN>campus-wide software and more
importantly why you chose the software you are<SPAN class=503204319-24042002>
</SPAN>currently using and your satisfaction level. <SPAN
class=503204319-24042002>Do any of you use multiple software packages for
specific areas, Development and General Ledger? If so, how do they all
integrate or do you have an interface between packages? </SPAN>If anyone
has experience in<SPAN class=503204319-24042002> </SPAN>converting from POISE to
one the <SPAN class=503204319-24042002>4</SPAN> vendors, how long did it
take you to<SPAN class=503204319-24042002> </SPAN>fully convert to the new
software and how was the training/support<SPAN class=503204319-24042002>
</SPAN>throughout the process?</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=2>We would be implementing the new software in all offices, i.e.
Admissions,<SPAN class=503204319-24042002> </SPAN>Registrar, Student
Life, <SPAN class=503204319-24042002>Student Accounts, </SPAN>G/L,

</SPAN>been working and were there any shortcomings in the software?</FONT></P>

colleges with approximately the same number of students or if you are in the
greater Philadelphia region so we could take a look at your
