    We are a private college with a FTE of approximately 1500. My question to
    the list serve is regarding an organizational change. We are contemplating
    merging our Registrar's Office and our Bursar's Office for better customer
    service.

    Have any other schools combined these two departments?

    Did you use a consultant to accomplish this change? What is the name of
    your consultant?

    Were there any negative results of this merger?

    Do you have an organizational chart for this area?

    Any help to these questions or other comments will be greatly appreciated.
