We are attempting for the first time to charge a $100 late payment fee,
and a $100 late registration fee to students who register after the
first day of class.
I'm curious--do you allow students to get grades who do not meet the
financial criteria?
We allow students to get semester grades, and hold the transcripts
until the balances are paid.
