Thanks to all who answered the questions below. For those who collect room
deposits annually, have you ever faced an "oversell" situation (more
deposits submitted than rooms available)? If so, how did you handle the
situation? We are exploring the creation of an "incentives" program, e.g.,
refund the room deposit (normally "non-refundable") and provide an
additional $100 dining credit, etc. - am interested in hearing other ideas.
