    Hello Patricia,

A couple of us from the Student Accounting Services Department at Santa Clara University just attended a Mastering QuickBooks Software Training seminar. We are interested in the QuickBooks Pro software. This seminar was local and given by Real World Training. The seminar was excellent and we will be purchasing it to assist us with one portion of our receivables.

We went to the seminar to get more information about his software because we need something to help us administer some programs. These are small programs such as our Studies Abroad program for about 350 students, Term Note Installment Plan, maybe 30-100 students and some Third Party (company reimbursed-about 100 students) Billing programs. We are having to do this because we do not expect to implement the PeopleSoft (student system) Collection module for about another year or so. Plus once we implement this module we are not sure that it will work as needed.

Hope this helps and good luck.

    Mary
