At Western New England College we cash up to $75 per day and charge $20
per returned check. We used to refuse checks that were endorsed over to
us, third party checks, payroll checks, etc. but then realized that it
didn't really matter. If the check comes back we charge it right to the
student's account, with the return fee. We also discontinue for repeat
offenders.
