    Title: Student Accounts Technical Support Specialist

    BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    To perform duties that provide for the support and efficient utilization
    of BANNER and related technologies by working closely with local Student
    Account Services users regarding their understanding of business and
    processing requirements necessary to perform routine operational tasks
    and assignments.

    A complete CLASSIFICATION DESCRIPTION is attached.

    To be considered for this position you must:

    * Meet the entry level (minimum) qualifications stated on the
    classification description.
