    Costs &#8211; the conference will address Perkins Loan regulations, Health Professions
    and Nursing Loan regulations, E-Signatures, Entrance and Exit Interviewing,
    Student Loan and Student Receivable collections, Loan Rehabilitation,
    Renegotiation &amp; Lowering Default Rates, Washington Updates and a Student
    Debt Burden panel.</STRONG></P>

    new ACA certification program, the <I>Higher Education Collector

    successful completion, lead to <I>Higher Education Collector
