    We have a special clearing account that all scholarship funds are
    deposited into. A copy of the receipt is forwarded to the FA Office and
    they will set the FA side of the student account up so that it can be
    posted to the account.

    Here, at Nazareth, the Bursar's Office receives (although sometimes FA
    receives and forwards to us) the checks and deposits the money -- we
    then inform FA of scholarship money received. It can become confusing
    when changes occur.
