    I was wondering if you could tell me how your college handles
    Scholarship Awards
    from outside sources. Does the Bursar's Office do the input and inform
    Financial
    Aid -- or visa versa --

    Here, at Nazareth, the Bursar's Office receives (although sometimes FA
    receives and forwards to us) the checks and deposits the money -- we
    then inform FA of scholarship money received. It can become confusing
    when changes occur.
