Staffing during system conversion

    The University of North Texas will soon be converting to a new student
    system. For the upcoming budget we have been asked to address
    additional staffing during this implementation.

    We would appreciate any feedback from other universities that have
    experienced a conversion. We would like to know what type(s) of
    positions you requested or how you structured your other positions.
