    Could those list members who collect housing deposits please respond with
    the following:

    1) How much of a deposit is required?
          $125 for the year.
    2) Is this deposit kept in an escrow account? If so for how long?
         Kept in escrow until the end of the school year or the student may choose to have it held and applied as the next years deposit. If a student breaks their contract, the deposit is forfeited.
    3) If not is the deposit applied to current term charges?
         We apply the deposit to any unpaid charges before it is refunded to the student.
