Our Housing Deposit is $800 ( $500 for damage and a $300 placement fee)
The $500 damage deposit is kept in escrow until the student graduates,
withdraws from college or withdraw from housing. The $500 is refunded if the
student did not incur any damages in the dorm . It can be applied to his
tuition receivable account if he still has balance upon separation.
The placement fee is part of his housing charges and is non refundable even
if the the student changes his mind about enrolling in housing.
Our college is private and has an enrollment of approximately 6000 students.
We offer a bachelors and master degree.
