Good morning Dennis,
We have adopted the policy that a students full tuition will be refunded if the
student is activated, either to the student, if payment was made in cash or
the appropriate financial aid fund if payment was covered by financial aid.
If the student was issued financial aid residual checks, we will use
institutional
grants/waivers to cover the state and federal funds. Further, if the
student used
state or federal aid to purchase books, we will use institutional
grants/waivers to
cover bookstore charges.
